I do notice that after installing the CD to reactivate the app, that all of my history and setting preference have been erased so it is just like I am installing the app for the first time. Then I am fine until the next Windows update. Once I do that, it run the CD for a couple of minutes and then the application starts up.
Graeme: I can't tell if it might be a licensing issue, Paint Shop Pro starts up and the icon is still on my computer, but as it partially starts, it stops and asks me to insert the installation CD. Paint Shop Pro is an old 32 bit application and I just don't understand why Windows can't be made to update itself and leave all of my apps alone.
